New Orleans Steamboat Company/Gray Line Tours is Hiring an Operations Manager Near Orleans, LA

We are looking for a candidate to work in a high-volume tourism and transportation company.
The Operations Manager is responsible to oversee all Ticket Sales agents to monitor quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the ticket office in the French Quarter for a large tourism operation
- Oversees hiring, training and discipline of all employees who sell tickets and give out information to the public
- Must have a high level of oral and written communication skills and experience with employees, customers, and coworkers and be able to handle any service issues/concerns as they arise
- Must have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn, master & teach our computer reservation system
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Must be able to navigate through difficult situations and decision-making ability is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail at a management level is preferred but not required
